This site was created and maintained for the organizers of the CPS 2024 meeting in Nagoya Japan. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.
Our organization collects two types of data from users:

• Personal identification information
• Answers to survey questions about your intentions to attend or otherwise be informed of information about our event

We only collect data that you give us directly. The two ways that we may collect this data are:

• You provide information to us by interacting with the Registration of Interest form on this site.
• You provide information directly to a member of the organizing committe by personal correspondence, for the purpose of organizing the event, or agreeing to participate in the event.

Our organization will use data that you provide to us voluntarily in the following ways:

• To gauge the attendance and interest in our event.
• To contact you with updates or other information about the event.
• To communicate with event partners and sponsors the number of expected attendees.

The data that you give us voluntarily will be stored securely with encryption on AWS-EU-West-2, a server located in London UK. Our organization will keep your data until December 2024, after which time we will delete your data.We will not use your data for marketing and will not share your data with anyone for the purpose of marketing products to you.Our Organization would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access: You have the right to request Our Organization for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification: You have the right to request that Our Organization correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Organization to complete the information you believe is incomplete
• The right to erasure: You have the right to request that Our Organization erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that Our Organization restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to Our Organizations processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to data portability: You have the right to request that Our Organization transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
